About Us
Education Empowerment Network CIC is a consultancy dedicated to strengthening outcomes for Black students and elevating the experiences of Black educators across the UK. We partner with schools to improve Mathematics achievement, deepen student confidence and create learning environments where identity, aspiration and academic excellence are fully aligned.
Through a combination of culturally responsive practice, targeted student interventions and strategic staff development, we support schools in addressing disparities with intention and expertise. Our approach blends high-impact Maths mastery workshops, confidence-building revision programmes and data-informed strategies that help students overcome barriers and realise their potential.
Alongside student-facing work, we provide whole-school training that strengthens inclusive pedagogy, reduces bias and embeds practices that support the recruitment, wellbeing and progression of Black educators. We work collaboratively with leadership teams to build cultures where representation is valued, staff are empowered and every learner benefits from a more equitable system.
Our long-term vision is a future where Black students excel in Mathematics with confidence and pride, and where the teaching workforce reflects and uplifts the communities it serves. Education Empowerment Network CIC exists to champion this future by equipping schools with the tools, insight and partnership needed to cultivate true excellence at every level.

Alexandra Jade
Educational Consultant, Educator, Keynote Speaker, Mentor and Coach

Alexandra Jade is an educator, consultant and keynote speaker committed to transforming outcomes for Black students and strengthening the experiences of Black educators across the UK. With a background in Psychology and extensive experience across classroom teaching, middle leadership and one-to-one tutoring, she brings a powerful blend of academic insight, relational leadership and practical expertise to every space she serves.
Her journey began as a Teaching Assistant after completing her BSC (Hons) Psychology degree, an experience that grounded her deeply in the realities of understanding of student wellbeing, behaviour and the importance of identity-affirming support. She later completed her PGCE in Secondary Mathematics, and became qualified as a Maths and Psychology teacher, quickly becoming known for her high expectations, evidence-informed practice and deep commitment to inclusion.
Alexandra’s leadership journey as a Key Stage 3 Coordinator and Form Tutor strengthened her drive to support Black educators navigating the challenges of representation, progression and professional confidence. Through mentoring colleagues, shaping pastoral strategies and advocating for inclusive practice, she played an active role in creating safer, more empowering spaces for Black staff within the school environment. This experience now sits at the heart of her consultancy work, where she supports schools with retention, wellbeing, and leadership development for Black educators.
Alongside her work in schools, Alexandra has built a successful private tutoring programme under Education Empowerment Network CIC, supporting learners at every stage of their educational journey; from primary and secondary school, through A-Level and college, to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral study. Her mastery-focused, confidence-building approach helps students overcome gaps, exceed expectations and develop a stronger belief in their own capabilities. This extensive one-to-one experience continues to inform her consultancy work, ensuring every strategy she delivers is grounded in real-world learning challenges and tailored to the individual needs of students and educators alike.
Today, as the founder of Education Empowerment Network CIC, Alexandra partners with schools, educators and organisations to close attainment gaps, deliver high-impact Maths interventions, and build inclusive environments where Black students and Black educators can feel represented and empowered. She also works as a keynote speaker, mentor, and coach to support women, educators and emerging leaders to grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
