Education Empowerment Network CIC

A Specialist Education Consultancy Dedicated To Empowering Black Excellence In Education

Who We Are

The Education Empowerment Network CIC is an organisation committed to transforming the educational experience for black students and black educators across the UK. We focus on raising Mathematics achievement, improving student confidence and addressing systemic inequities in teaching and leadership for black educators. By combining culturally responsive teaching, targeted student interventions and staff development, we empower schools to become spaces of excellence, inclusion and true representation.

Mission Statement

To close the Mathematics achievement gap for black students and build more inclusive school communities by delivering impactful student workshops, revision strategies and confidence-based interventions.

We support staff in schools through anti-bias training, inclusive CPD and strategic consultancy; while championing the recruitment, retention and advancement of black educators across the teaching profession.

We envision a future where black students thrive in Mathematics, not just achieving academically, but feeling confident, represented and inspired.

Our vision includes an empowered teaching workforce that reflects the communities it serves, and an education system where black excellence is nurtured, visible and celebrated at every level.

Voices of Empowerment

“Alexandra’s session was eye-opening for our whole staff team. She created a space where we could reflect, and actually learn how our biases show up day to day. The training has already started shifting how we speak to,nd support our students. Easily one of the most impactful CPD sessions we’ve had.Alexandra’s session was eye-opening for our whole staff team. She created a space where we could be honest, reflect, and actually learn how our biases show up day to day.
